Monoblock machines
Filling and capping in a single compact machine.
The BSC inline monoblock combines filling and capping in a single machine, avoiding moving uncapped containers between machines. It fills with a flowmeter and caps automatically with pneumatic screwers and pick-and-place cap placement, in bottles, cans, pails and drums from 500 ml to 20 litres, with product-contact parts in AISI 316L and control of incorrectly capped containers. BSC also builds monoblocks for vials (pharmaceutical line) and alternating rotary units with 1 to 4 heads.
Inline monoblock
- Format: bottles, cans, pails and drums from 500 ml to 20 litres.
- Filling with an Endress+Hauser mass flowmeter.
- Output in 1-litre containers: 500 (1 nozzle) or 1,000 (2 nozzles) bottles/hour.
- Output in 5-litre containers: 200 or 400 bottles/hour; in 20 litres, 150 or 300 per hour.
- Automatic capping with pneumatic screwers and pick and place; 3,000-cap feeder.
- Filling temperature range from -10 °C to 125 °C.
Pharmaceutical MRA monoblock
- Format: vials from 5 ml up to 250 ml.
- Filling accuracy of ± 0.2 % at 250 ml.
- Digital mass or electromagnetic flowmeters, or a peristaltic pump.
- Anti-entrapment safety guarding.
- Filling temperature range from -10 °C to 125 °C.
Alternating rotary monoblock
- Available with 1 to 4 filling nozzles.
- Designed to reduce machine footprint and avoid moving uncapped containers between machines.
- Compact construction with fewer mechanical parts simplifies maintenance and secures the whole process.
- Can be built with electronic flowmeters or a peristaltic pump, depending on the industry requirements.
- No mechanical parts change in the filling nozzle when switching container size, shortening changeover times.
