Filling and capping in a single compact machine.

In short

The BSC inline monoblock combines filling and capping in a single machine, avoiding moving uncapped containers between machines. It fills with a flowmeter and caps automatically with pneumatic screwers and pick-and-place cap placement, in bottles, cans, pails and drums from 500 ml to 20 litres, with product-contact parts in AISI 316L and control of incorrectly capped containers. BSC also builds monoblocks for vials (pharmaceutical line) and alternating rotary units with 1 to 4 heads.

  • Filling with an Endress+Hauser mass flowmeter.
  • Output in 1-litre containers: 500 (1 nozzle) or 1,000 (2 nozzles) bottles/hour.
  • Output in 5-litre containers: 200 or 400 bottles/hour; in 20 litres, 150 or 300 per hour.
  • Automatic capping with pneumatic screwers and pick and place; 3,000-cap feeder.
  • Filling temperature range from -10 °C to 125 °C.

Container formats

Bottles, cans, pails and drums from 500 ml up to 20 litres. Dual-chamber containers (1+1) can be filled with different products by installing two parallel filling circuits.
