Which liquid filling machines we manufacture
A liquid filling machine is defined by three things: the product, the container and the hourly output. BSC manufactures industrial filling machines with digital flowmeters for all kinds of liquids — agrochemicals, paints, solvents, detergents, acids and bleach, food and cosmetics — in containers from 5 ml up to 200-litre drums and 1,000-litre IBCs.
Linear fillers cover 0.5 to 20 litres, with 1 to 8 filling valves and accuracy up to ±0.03 % at 20 litres. Our cappers work with a pick-and-place system, which takes hold of each cap securely. We also build bag-in-box fillers.
Every machine is built in Caseros, Buenos Aires, with materials chosen for the product — AISI 316L, PVC, polypropylene, titanium or Hastelloy — an ultra-clean system without dead zones, CIP/SIP cleaning and an explosion-proof Ex version for hazardous atmospheres. Before buying you can send us your product and your container: we run them on our test bench and send you the video of the trial.
