BSC's automatic capping machine for jerrycans is an industrial capper that places and screws caps container after container, with capping torque adjustable up to 20 Nm per head. It handles threaded, press-on and valved caps, on bottles and jerrycans from 500 ml to 20 litres, with a pick-and-place system and capping control.
Full Line capper
- Up to 6 screwing motors, in 4, 5 or 6-head configurations.
- Output in 1-litre containers: 2,200, 2,750 or 3,300 bottles/hour depending on the head count.
- Output in 20-litre containers: up to 1,200 containers/hour.
- Cap feeder with a 3,000-cap capacity, with automatic start and stop.

- One screwing head, with automatic cap placement by pick-and-place technology.
- Output of up to 1,000 containers/hour at 1 litre, 750 at 5 litres and 600 at 20 litres.
- Cap elevator with a 2,000-cap capacity, with automatic start and stop.
- Statistical error of 1 cap in every 10,000 units and repeatability of ± 0.5 mm.
- 7" touch-screen HMI, with Kinco PLC and electronic components.
- Frame doors, guarding, upper rotary hopper and capping control available as options.
TA line capper
- One screwing head, with manual cap placement and automatic pneumatic screwing.
- Output of up to 1,000 containers/hour at 1 litre, 750 at 5 litres and 600 at 20 litres.
- Torque adjustment up to 20 Nm.
- 4" touch-screen HMI, with Kinco PLC and electronic components.
- Open configuration, without guarding or cap elevator: the simplest option in the series.

The pick-and-place system in the cappers allows the cap to be gripped securely and placed precisely, container after container, with a statistical error of 1 cap per 10,000 units and ± 0.5 mm repeatability. The cap feeder (2,000 to 3,000 caps) starts and stops automatically.
Can it be integrated with the filler?+
Yes: it is installed in line after the filler, or the whole process is solved in a single machine with the monoblock filler-capper.
