How to prepare your product for the testing bench

Before building your line, at BSC we test your real product on the testing bench. The better the information and sample you send us, the more accurate the result and the fewer surprises later.

What the testing bench is for

It is a test with your real product in the real container, before building the machine. It lets us validate the dosing, the accuracy and the speed, and choose the right filling system. It is the best way to reach the final machine without guesswork.

Product data we need

The better you describe the liquid, the better we reproduce its behaviour. The key data are:

  • Viscosity and density.
  • Whether it foams or has particles in suspension.
  • The temperature at which it is filled.
  • Whether it is corrosive or flammable.
  • Whether it is conductive or not (this defines the flowmeter type).

Container and production data

The container and the rate define the line configuration. Tell us the container type and material, the volume (in ml or litres), the filling tolerance you need, the number of containers per hour and the cap type.

The sample and the paperwork

For the test we need a representative sample of the product and, if you can, a few real containers. It is important to send the product safety data sheet (SDS), especially if it is corrosive or flammable: it defines how to handle it safely. With that we coordinate the shipment and run the test.

Frequently asked questions

How much sample do I need to send?+

A representative amount of product, enough to fill several containers and repeat the test. We coordinate it case by case.

Do I need the safety data sheet?+

Yes, especially for corrosive or flammable products: it defines how to handle the product safely during the test.

What do I get after the test?+

The configuration recommendation and the accuracy and speed results with your real product and container.

Want us to review your case?

Tell us about your product, container and required output. We suggest a configuration and you can test your product on our testing bench.
